Join us for a long overdue recognition of all Vietnam Veterans with a special memorial to the 11 Schoharie County soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Please begin this solemn day by attending a church service in your community.

At Noon, there will be a ceremony at Christopher Scott Sigman’s grave in the Lutheran Cemetery in Schoharie to honor the 11 fallen Schoharie County Vietnam Veterans.

A procession led by Sgt John Leavitt, Army, Retired, and his Clydesdales drawn wagon will transport veterans to Lasell Hall (DAR) on Main Street for the afternoon ceremony. Please follow the procession on this short walk.

At 1:00 P.M. Welcome: Sgt Douglas Cornwell, Army, Retired

Tables available for those veterans who would like to share memorabilia.
