Our guest speaker will be Lauren Davis of 4ever Bods Fitness Club Delanson, NY.
4everBods Fitness Club is a family owned and operated recreational facility in Delanson, NY. Club amenities include a newly renovated Fitness Center, indoor and outdoor basketball courts with lines for 6 pickleball and 2 volleyball courts, a 25 yard – 6 lane swimming pool, as well as a large community and commercial kitchen. We are excited to share more details about our memberships, program offerings and community initiatives.
