Seneca artist Samantha Jacobs, from the Cattaraugus Reservation in western NY, is a skilled practitioner of traditional Haudenosaunee arts, with her work exhibited at prestigious venues nationwide. Recently, she added the rare and intricate craft of moose hair tufting and embroidery to her repertoire—a nearly forgotten art form.
