Silver Screenings

This new film series will highlight small, independent, and foreign films featuring senior citizens as main characters. We’ll meet in the library’s program room for mid-day matinees, free popcorn, and post-screening conversation.
Our third screening in this new series is The Lady in the Van (PG 13, 2015) starring Dame Maggie Smith as an eccentric former musician who lives in a van parked in the driveway of a famous author. Based on a true story. Sponsored by The Community Library.
