We are a small, department of agriculture approved, home-based bakery in Cobleskill, New York. We strive to use local, natural and organic ingredients in all of our baked goods, including local free range eggs; organic new york state produced flour; local non-gmo and/or organic fruits, vegetables and herbs; Cabot butter; non-gmo cold pressed oils; organic spices; sea salt and all natural food coloring. We never use any preservatives or anything artificial. We have a large selection of gluten free, dairy free and vegan options for those with special dietary needs. We are also well known for our unique flavors such as our Mapple Jack cupcakes made with Kymar Farm Distillery’s Mapple Jack Brandy, Farm To Stout Chocolate cupcake (made with Green Wolf’s Farm To Stout), Vanilla Ginger Ale cupcake (made with Green Wolf’s Dr. Best House Ginger Ale), Sangria Cupcakes (made with regional wine).
