Today, we operate four local Ace Hardware retail stores owned Rob Noble of Tinmouth, Vermont and his son Andrew Noble of Warnerville, New York.

Our family-owned and operated company was founded in the mid 1980s with a store in South Glens Falls, New York out of which we primarily manage the overall company. Next, we purchased our Rutland, Vermont store in 2000, which was previously known as W.C. Landon, a commercial and True Value hardware store. W.C. Landon is one of the oldest continuously running businesses in the entire State of Vermont, started in 1840 because of the railroad and central location in the state.

In 2008 we acquired Cobleskill Ace Hardware. We then added Lyme Home & Hardware as a start-up in 2009 as a Do It Best Hardware store. We converted Lyme to Ace Hardware in 2013. Our most recent acquisition was the purchase of the Cambridge True Value Hardware store at the end of 2012. Cambridge was converted to Ace Hardware at that time. We are proud of the many renovations and improvements made to the historical building which houses the Cambridge store, squeaky wood floors and all.
