The Olde Tater Barn

Located in beautiful Schoharie county, the Barn is the former home of William and Gladys Roy, growers of Schoharie Brand Potatoes. The original barn was converted to a two-story warehouse to store potatoes for market. Although he did not know it at the time, Mr. Roy built the present Tater Barn we know today… one of the best barn wedding and event venues in upstate New York.

Since 1994, The Olde Tater Barn has hosted and created delicious food for hundreds of weddings, anniversary parties, birthday parties, graduation parties, family reunions, dances, service club events, retirement parties, line dances, group picnics, memorials, breakfasts and barbecues and many many more. We can accommodate an intimate gathering for 30 guests or a larger affair for up to 220.
