Celebrating the 200th anniversary of the forming of the Village of Esperance and the Fire Department. Activities start with a pancake breakfast at Tiffany Hall on Main Street, a parade featuring the Albany Pipe Band and Yankee Doodle Band that steps off at noon from the west end of Main Street, introductory ceremony at the gazebo on Church Street at 1:15p, the Esperance Band and Schoharie Valley Singers at the gazebo, many local organizations and businesses with booths at the Commons around the gazebo, food vendors, music and dancing at the firehouse, and a fireworks display from Feuz Terrace at 9:30p. Plenty of parking available, with handicapped parking near the stone church. Make a point to come and help us celebrate!
