Jefferson Heritage Day

Town Green, off Rt. 10, Main Street, Jefferson
FREE EVENT Rain or Shine.
Welcome to a full day celebration offering an assortment of entertainment for all ages. The Parade steps off at 11 a.m. featuring local Fire Departments, vintage vehicles, Scout Troops and other organizations.
The village green is jam-packed with free activities for children, teens and adults starting at 8 a.m.
Magic shows, face painting, petting zoo, wagon rides, bounce house, Professor Science, night-time outdoor movie and music performances all day.
Live music under the big tent begins at 2 pm and continues until 11 pm.
Enjoy the entertainment, sing along, or grab a friend for a dance. The feature group “CROSSFILE” is definitely a crowd pleaser from 8 – 11 pm.
The local Church pie & cake sale, Fire Department and Maple Museum all host special displays – things for sale, local art projects and other fund raisers to benefit those Organizations.
Other things that you’ll surely enjoy are the dunk tank, silent auction, dime toss, and vendors of all types who will be on the green, making a day to browse, enjoy each other’s company, or buy a few things.
A varied selection of food vendors will be selling their specialties – come early and stay for the day.

These are just a few of the many things to make Heritage Day an event full of fun for everyone.
Heritage Day volunteers are committed to bring the townspeople of Jefferson and the surrounding area together to enjoy a day of free fun. The Heritage Day Committee is looking forward to another successful day on the village green. Always looking for folks to join our committee.
